Merry War Theatre Group is offering a one time self defense class

​

This one time self defense class will be on 

Saturday, December 10th at 2:00-5:00pm

at Reno Little Theatre in the back rehearsal hall

 

 

This class provides education and training services to help people develop primary prevention skills against violence. 

This class is open to everyone. We have a limited number of spots available.

This class will be taught by Lachlan McKinney

Lachlan has over 14 years of Martial Arts and Self Defense training

 

What you'll get from this class:

-Confidence in your ability to protect yourself

-Practical and easy to use techniques

-Hands on training

 

Lachlan will cover:

-Blocking attacks

-Disarming your assailant 

-Incapacitating your assailant

-And generally feeling like a bad ass 

 

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring plenty of water.
